At the children's table: sunsets, apples and a leaf bird
The children's table is the loudest, most colourful corner of the studio.
Oil pastel sunsets: an orange and red sky inside a circle, with palm trees and hills cut out in black. Blending the yellow into the red with your fingers is the best part.
Two big red apples on a brown table, with a white shine on each one so they look round.
And a bird made from dry leaves, with flower petals and a little leaf butterfly around it, everything picked up and stuck down on black paper.
All three show the same thing: look carefully first, then go for it.
