Two flowers in clay
Clay days are messy in a good way.
The sunflower has long, curling petals with lines pressed into each one, and a dark, deeply textured centre. It looks like you could pick the seeds out of it.
The rose sits on a little painted base in soft greens and pinks, and every petal is rolled and pinched on its own.
Both started as plain lumps of clay on a sheet of paper.
